Some tips for a better body outline
Take care at what you eat!
A good strategy would be to divide your plate in four equal parts. Now you have to know that you need to fill three of them with fruits and vegetables and the remaining one should contain meat. Keep this proportion in your meals all day long. Vegetables are rich in fibers , they need more time to be chewed and as a result they will occupy more space in your stomach. You can eat a lot of vegetables, but please take note that you should not mix them with butter, cheese or mayonnaise. You can combine vegetables though, with tomato sauce naturally prepared by you from fresh tomatoes in your kitchen.
Take care on how much you eat!
The stomach is an elastic organ. This means that if you it more that it can take, it will start getting bigger and bigger in order to deposit the extra food ingested. In popular terms this means that you will grow a belly.
Another chain effect on this would be that once it gets larger it will require more and more food to fill it up and to make you feel saturated. A solution for this is that, you should eat light and frequent meals. This way you will help your stomach to digest the food better. In order to achieve this try to finish the meal before you feel the saturation sensation. You should feel “full” after around 15-20 minutes of eating. More weight loss tips will be updated soon.
